The unique advantages of EKS tube/pipe laser cutting machine:
★The chucks we adopted are independently developed and patented by EKS Laser. The structure is simple and stable. It has good sealing and motion characteristics. It can clamp square pipe, circular pipe, elliptical pipe, flat pipe, triangular pipe, I-beam and other materials.
★With tailings processing function, the two chucks can hold and cut at least 20 mm tailings, and the outer chuck can cut at least 30 mm tailings. The front chuck C can be displaced. The cutting head can cut tailings between the two chucks, while ensuring the cutting accuracy of the final tailings products (details pls refer to below sketch). Three chucks can cut without tailings.
★ The clamping force can be accurately controlled. The clamping force can be adjusted according to the wall thickness of different pipe diameters. The accuracy of the clamping force is ( ± 1 kg). The effect of the clamping force on thin-walled materials is obvious. The phenomenon of clamping deformation and unclamping is
avoided in the production process. At the same time, the clamping surface of aluminum alloy pipe, stainless steel pipe and surface treated pipe can be prevented from being damaged.
★ Using EtherCAT fieldbus system control mode, the system has high real-time performance and topology flexibility, including high-precision equipment synchronization.
★ Both rack and guide rail have sealing and dust-proof structure, and have the function of automatic lubrication and refueling, which improves the service life and ensures the operation accuracy of machine tools.
★ Professional graphics suite software is used, which has simple layout, complete functions and can reduce waste of materials. It is compatible with the mainstream software such as CAD, soildworks, Proengineer and other software compatible formats such as igs, stp, and with 3D graphics drawing function.
★The cutting area of machine tool is composed of front, middle and back chucks. The middle rotating chuck can prevent the inertia jitter of pipes when they rotate 360 degrees at high speed, and avoid the influence of the back-end jitter of pipes on the cutting accuracy of the front-end.
★The three chucks are cut by three-point clamping, which can keep the three-point clamping support in real time and correct the bending of the pipe. The relative cutting efficiency of some pipes is 5%-10% higher than that of the two chucks.
★The pipe has a high load capacity. The maximum weight of a single pipe is 180 kg
(20 kg/m). It can be customized for 12-meter super-long raw material pipes.
Machine Tool
The equipment consists of machine tool bed, front, middle and back rotating chuck, floating support of feeding, cantilever of cutting head, operation control part, air and water channel, etc. The peripheral parts are feeding machine, unloading machine, laser generator , water tank, dust collector etc.
Machine bed
The whole welding structure is adopted for the bed. After the welding is completed, the internal stress is eliminated by annealing and roughened. After the second vibration aging treatment, the bed is finely processed. The stress caused by welding and processing is better solved, thus greatly improving the stability of the machine tool.
X, Y, Z and U axis are all equipped with imported servo motors, high rigidity precision reducer, grinding gear rack, high precision linear guide and other efficient transmission mechanisms, which effectively ensure the transmission accuracy; machine tools are equipped with automatic lubrication devices, dust and smoke removal devices in the cutting area, and waste trucks at the bottom of the cutting area can be regularly pulled out to clean up waste.
Chuck(Three chucks, two chucks optional):
Rear Chuck
The structure is simple and stable. It has good sealing and motion characteristics. It can clamp square pipe, circular pipe, elliptical pipe, flat pipe, triangular pipe, I-beam and other materials.
1. The chuck can self-adjust the center, and the rear chuck can clamp the work piece inside and outside. The repetitive positioning accuracy of the center is 0.05 mm.
2. The clamping force can be adjusted according to the wall thickness of different pipe diameters. The accuracy of the clamping force is ( ± 1.0kg). The clamping control effect of thin-walled materials is obvious, and the phenomenon of pipe clamping deformation and clamping is avoided in the production process.
3. The front chuck is designed with double rollers clamping structure. By adding contact fulcrum, the pipe sloshing can be reduced and the cutting accuracy can be improved. By changing the rear chuck block and the front chuck roller, the special-shaped tube can be clamped.
4. Installed inside and outside tube suction mouths, effectively purify and absorb the smoke and dust when cutting the pipe. The rear chuck is equipped with dust collecting box, which can collect waste residue and is environmental friendly.
5. The front, middle and rear chucks can move along the X-axis. The four-claw self-centering chucks use pneumatic clamping, and the relative claws move together to achieve self-centering function. The two pairs of chuck claws can act independently to achieve self-centering clamping function for rectangular and special-shaped tubes.
6. The front-middle chucks are equipped with rollers to ensure that the work piece surface is not scratched during cutting. The chuck is guided by rack-and-pinion drive and linear guide in the movement of X-axis. Both rack-and-pinion and linear
guide are imported precision products, which can effectively guarantee the transmission accuracy. Both ends of the stroke are equipped with elastic cushions, to maintain the safety of machine tool movement effectively.
